CHOCOLATE BLISS BALLS
A super simple, tasty, family treat...
1 cup cashew nuts (soaked), 2 tsp raw honey, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 8 pitted dates (soaked), 2 tsp raw cacao powder, and 1 cup desiccated coconut for dusting.
Blend together, roll into balls, and dust with coconut. Pop them in fridge & enjoy!
CHOCOLATE CHIA PUDDING
Chia, the protein rich superfood!
Mix 1 cup cashews, 1/2 c. cacao powder, 1/2 c. pure water, vanilla extract, pinch salt, 1/3 c. chia seeds (soaked) in blender, add honey/stevia to taste.
Pop in ramekins with fresh berries/mint & refrigerate.
Wickedly decadent organic goodness.
1/2 cup carob powder, 1/2 cup coconut oil, 3 tbsp almond butter, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp cacao powder, 1 tsp of vanilla essence, pinch himalayan pink salt, handful cacao nibs (optional).
Heat in pan, transfer to lined cake tin, cover with film, pop in fridge for 2 hours - try not to eat all at once!
RAW BANANA ICE CREAM
So simple, tasty, dairy & refined sugar free. The kids will love it as will you!
4 frozen (ripe) bananas
2 tbsp almond butter & vanilla extract
Optional sprinkles: almonds/blueberries/dark chocolate
Place bananas in food processor til smooth. Add almond butter & vanilla, whizz for 30 secs, serve & enjoy!
RAW CHOCOLATE BALLS
No sugar, no dairy & utterly delicious!
2 cups whole walnuts
2.5 cups Medjool dates (pitted)
1 cup raw cacao
1 cup raw unsalted almonds
1/4 tsp sea salt
Mix together in a food processor, roll into balls and store in fridge. Bingo, a fabulous chocolate fix and amazingly good for you!
CHOCOLATE ORANGE PUDDING
Full of magnesium, antioxidants & fatty acids.
2 large ripe avocado, 4 tbsp raw organic coconut oil, 4 tbsp cacao powder, 6 tbsp honey (or stevia), Grated orange zest
Melt oil in pan and add to food processor with chocolate powder, honey, avocado & orange zest. Blend to chocolatey paste, pop in pots in fridge for 2 hrs. Sprinkle with zest and enjoy.
