Full of fibre, protein, vits & omega 3's...

1/2 cucumber
1/2 banana
1 avocado
1/2 cup almond milk
1 cup water
fresh mint, ice, a sprinkle of flaxseeds/chia seeds (optional)

Blend it all up and enjoy!

 

CHOCOLATE SUPERFOODIE

 

A healthy smoothie to satisfy your sweet tooth!

1/2 banana
1 Tsp raw cacao powder
1/2 tsp chia seeds & 2 tsp flaxseed oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
100ml coconut milk & 200ml water

Pop in a blender and enjoy.

KALE & PEAR SMOOTHIE

 

A tasty use of Kale, the "Queen of Greens"...

Kale is full of antioxidants, iron, calcium & vitamin C and packs a nutrient-filled punch!

Simply mix 1 cup of organic kale, 1/2 pear, 1/2 banana, handful of fresh mint & 1 cup of filtered water in your blender & enjoy :)
