A beautiful, colourful, simple salad.

 

1 bag organic rocket/watercress, 2 x pomegranates, 1 x handful pumpkin seeds, 1 x handful of edible flowers.

 

HIPPOCRATES HOUSE DRESSING:

1 x cup Organic Olive Oil, 2 1/4 T fresh lemon juice, 2 ½ T Braggs Aminos, 2 garlic cloves, 2 T filtered water, 2 t ground mustard, ¼ t cayenne.

 

STRAWBERRY & AVOCADO

 

A deliciously easy and healthy salad...

Baby spinach, strawberries, avocado
hazelnuts/walnuts or cashew nuts, spring onions, goats cheese or Halloumi (optional).

Drizzle with lemon juice and organic olive oil & enjoy :)
